Overview

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior professional with 10+ years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. Supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Program Office (PMA-234), at Patuxent River, MD. Salary The typical annual salary range for this position is $111,896.00 USD to $121,214.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range. Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives

Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules Performs management, technical, and business case analyses Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs Tracks program/project status and schedules Assits program leadership informulating and delivering strategic messaging and required reports May develop abdominal submit briefing materials on behalf of the Program Office Assit the project IPT lead with industry partners in communicating a message consistant with Program Office strategic goals and intent Skilled in managing competing priorites, deadlines and projects, and serves as a qualified professional in technical writing and strategic messaging Qualifications

10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the responsibilities description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs Desired Experience At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management A minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning Demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management, schedules, strategic communications and technical writing EDUCATION Degree:

MA/MS degree Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. CLEARANCE Must maintain Secret security clearance eligibility at minimum May require access to classified information up to and including Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Condition of Employment:
