INTERBAY COATINGS (PSE GROUP) is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver with CDL-Hazmat Endorsement. In this role, we are seeking someone who is very organized, efficient, and experienced in fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to incoming product and order processing. Additionally, when required about 5% of the time, this position will also assist with delivery of paint, and related products, to

LOCAL

PSE customers using the company vehicle ( van, pick-up truck, or box truck ). Qualified applicants must possess a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement for deliveries.

Abide by all company safety regulations Receive, unload and stock incoming inventory items appropriately Organizing stock and maintaining inventory Maintaining equipment and warehouse space Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Picking customer orders from bin locations Staging customer orders for shipment Maintaining and rotating shelving stock Operate vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws while maintaining an acceptable personal driving record. Maintain company vehicle. Alert supervisor as to truck's repair and servicing needs. Know paperwork flow and provide delivery documents as required. Alert Sales Representatives to possible sales leads given by customers or potential customers. Clean and maintain all areas and equipment as assigned. Make delivery of product as needed ensuring customers' quality and service expectations are met. Load merchandise to ensure safety and security. Unload deliveries at Customer site as directed by the Customer. Validate correct shipment with the responsible individual at the customer site. Must be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state and federal law Must have acceptable driving record from DMV/MTO Mixes paint and prepares customer orders for delivery/pick-up (aprons and gloves provided) Prepares paint orders, including mixing, utilizing standard formulas and custom formulas Clean and maintain all areas and equipment as assigned. Ensures maintenance of mixing equipment as needed Maintains Color Room records including non-conformance report, tint usage, can usage, mis-tints, etc. and perform necessary inventory transfers Requirements

Requirements and skills

Possession of a valid CDL Class A (Preferred), Class B/C (Highly Considered) with Hazmat (H) endorsement. Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle with a Hazmat endorsement. Proven warehouse experience. Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Team player with organizational skills. Ability to lift or move heavy product. Conducts self in professional manner to ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met

Physical Requirements -

Physical abilities will include walking and standing on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly and over 55 pounds occasionally, able to reach, twist, bend, kneel, climb a ladder while carrying product. May require the ability to drive a forklift and/or order picker. Ability to work in fluctuating temperatues and enrvironmental conditions.
