Volunteer Recruitment, Engagement, and Management VISTA
The Volunteer Recruitment, Engagement, and Management VISTA strengthens the organization's ability to recruit, onboard, track, and retain volunteers. As a result of this support, organizations are expected to report increased capacity in volunteer engagement, management, and retention.
Member Duties :
Work with host site to co-create a volunteer recruitment and engagement guide. Work with host site to co-create a volunteer onboarding system. Work with host site to co-create a volunteer tracking system. Work with host site to co-create volunteer retention strategies/guides.
