Job Summary:
We are looking for an
Email Marketing Specialist
who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall email marketing strategy. You will play a key role in enhancing our outreach, nurturing client and candidate relationships, and driving business growth through effective email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive
email marketing campaigns
to engage clients, candidates, and partners. Build, segment, and maintain
email lists , ensuring clean data and accurate targeting. Design and optimize
email templates
for various campaigns (lead generation, follow-ups, newsletters, announcements, etc.). Collaborate with
sales and recruitment teams
to gather content and create targeted campaigns. Track and analyze
campaign performance
(open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide
insights and recommendations
for improvement. A/B test
subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize results. Ensure
compliance with email regulations
(CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Research industry trends to suggest
new approaches
to email marketing strategies. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure
email content and design align with brand guidelines . Work closely with the
Client team
to support lead generation efforts and nurturing campaigns. Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in
email marketing
(preferably in staffing, recruitment, or IT services industries). Proficiency in
email marketing tools
such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Strong understanding of
email deliverability, list segmentation, and personalization strategies . Analytical mindset with experience in
monitoring and improving campaign performance . Familiarity with
marketing automation platforms . Basic HTML/CSS skills
for email customization (a plus). Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to
work independently and collaboratively
with cross-functional teams. Preferred:
Experience in
staffing/recruitment industry marketing . Knowledge of
CRM tools
like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
