Job Title: Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Our client is a CBE who specializes in civil engineering for a variety of project types in the Washington, DC area such as multi-family, commercial, and federal government campuses. They are currently seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join their land development team in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities
Work on large-scale, diverse land development projects for both the public and private sectors
Perform site planning and infrastructure design
Engage in land development and stormwater management
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design tasks
Prepare and review survey reports
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, security consultants, and surveyors
Ensure project completion within established timelines
Essential Skills
3-8+ years of civil engineering experience (land development design projects - stormwater management, site grading, site planning, drainage design, erosion & sediment control, floodplains, etc.)
DC project experience is a major plus, but not a must have
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in site planning and infrastructure design
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
EIT (Engineer-in-Training) Certification or PE (Professional Engineer) License is preferred
