Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, focusing on financial advisory with healthcare providers
Expertise in healthcare financial and capital planning
Ability to analyze financial statements and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations
Strong financial modeling and operational performance analysis skills
Experience with valuation, pro-forma modeling, and discounted cash flow methodologies
Proficiency in cash flow forecasting, 3-statement modeling, financial reporting, and operational analysis
Leadership skills in managing projects and clients, with strategic thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Open to candidates residing anywhere in the contiguous US
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Certifications such as CPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, or CDB
The estimated base salary range is
$165,000 - $215,000 , with total compensation including incentives estimated between
