As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in managing internal material movements, trailer loading, inventory adjustments, and supporting production flow.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 2+ years of experience operating forklifts or comparable machinery (e.g., scissor lift, semi-truck) Ability to pass and maintain internal forklift (PIT) certification Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience with inventory systems such as SAP - preferred What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:
Operate forklifts to transport materials internally and manage finished goods as needed Load and unload trailers, ensuring timely delivery to supermarket or point of use (POU) Count and process raw materials and returns, adjusting records in SAP to reflect changes Dispatch trailers to support production and prevent line downtime Identify and handle scrap or RTV product, coordinating with quality team when necessary Meet regularly with internal teams to assess material needs Maintain high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and housekeeping Use material scanners to update inventory management system Perform other duties as assigned
