SUMMARY
This position works on the full range of customer service, claims and data entry, corresponding with customer to ensure satisfaction with the goals and priorities of the team.
PAY: $18 - 21/hr depending on skills and position
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday start times range from 6am to 9am (8 hour work day) REMOTE: Equipment details below. Must meet all requirements and be current resident of Oregon, Washington or Arizona DURATION: Approximately 6 months with potential extension based on business needs and performance
DUTIES: Follows written procedures and scripts. Uses proprietary software tools to access and review financial, medical and/or legal documents, enter data, and create escalations when needed. Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work. Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity. Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards. Data entry and verification of sensitive and personal information. QUALIFICATIONS:
Reside in Oregon, Washington, or Arizona states Minimum 1 year of recent work history in call center, customer service or administrative positions. Demonstrated work experience in analyzing reports and/or data Intermediate computer knowledge and basic data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Must have attention to detail in a in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment. Dependable and able to adhere to schedule Effective problem-solving and listening listening skills Ability to sit at work station for long periods of time BASIC EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: .
Reliable High Speed Internet access (no WIFI, no hotspots) - speed test will be required 2 simultaneous working screens Camera (built-in or external) Windows 10 or higher USB connected Headset
