We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic CNC Technician to join our team at a leading plastic injection manufacturing facility. Salary:
$42,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a diverse range of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, cranes, and refrigeration systems. Execute repairs and replacements of pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems. Operate with CNC controls and adjust settings to enhance equipment performance. Work safely in various environments, including at heights and in confined spaces. Perform regular maintenance of facilities and support infrastructure upkeep. Minimum Position Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in industrial maintenance. Proficient in reading and understanding electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder. Capable of a stable work history and provide past job references. Reside within a 45-minute commute to the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area. Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications or training in CNC machine maintenance. Experience in the plastic injection manufacturing industry. Skills:
