Primary Care Physician Position Summary:
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the quiet and quaint, southern New England town of East Lyme , situated on the I-95 corridor on the coastline in southern Connecticut.
Position details:
*
Role : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18 ) *
Location : East Lyme CT *
Schedule : Full- or Part-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered *
Teaching : optional with faculty appointment *
Phone Call Only : average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months *
Offerings: Loan Repayment Support, Uncapped Incentive, Sign-on, Relocation
