Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Trust And Estate Administration Paralegal to join their team. Managing the probate process, with knowledge of New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate a significant plus. Client & Professional Communication:
Extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants. Tax & Accounting:
Preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings. Asset Management:
Distribution of estate assets and trust funding. Deed Work:
Handling various deed-related tasks. Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration. Skills: Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word is a plus. Attributes:
Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, a collaborative team player, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education:
A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. We will also consider JD/paralegal candidates. Compensation/Pay Rate (Up To): $76,500.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
