$110,000 to $180,000 , based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a diverse caseload of
civil and commercial litigation matters
from inception through resolution or trial. Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals. Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents. Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability. Ideal Candidate Profile: Licensed to practice in Arizona Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
(business litigation preferred) Excellent
legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
skills Comfortable managing deadlines and caseloads in a remote work environment Highly organized, responsive, and committed to client service Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
