Job Summary
Responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, handling sensitive communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the CEO remains focused on strategic decisions by managing day-to-day operations and tasks with discretion and professionalism. Job Description 1) Calendar management: Maintaining a detailed calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conflicts. 2) Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing travel itineraries. 3) Communication management: Screening calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate parties. 4) Meeting coordination: Setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. 5) Administrative tasks: Tracking and processing expense reports, preparing presentations, managing documents, and filing. 6) Personal tasks: Managing personal errands, appointments, and household needs. 7) Confidential information: Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, communications, and personal matters. 8) Project management: Assisting with project coordination, deadlines, and follow-up. 9) Research and analysis: Researching and compiling data, preparing reports, and summarizing key information for the CEO's decision-making. 10) Office management: Ordering office supplies, managing office space, and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications 1. Required to have at least 3~5 years' experience in a similar position. 2. Required to be in fluent command in English and Korean 3. Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. 4. Time management skills: Effectively managing the CEO's schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 5. Discretion and confidentiality: Maintaining privacy when handling sensitive information. 6. Proficiency in office software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint), calendar management tools, and other relevant software. 7. Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations. 8. Problem-solving abilities: Identifying and resolving issues proactively. 9. Excellent communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with individuals at all levels. 10.
