EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our store located in Houston (North location), Texas. The Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting departmentincluding costs of reconditioning and equipment add-onsand handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If youre a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then were looking for you. What Youll Do: Process all vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled. Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications. Check for accuracy in the application and ensure all information is complete. Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. Pull reports from our TRAC system. Process rejections.
