Opal Autism Centers is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our established clinic in the charming neighborhood, Eutaw, in Fayetteville, NC as a Clinic Director. As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic and lead a dedicated team of BCBAs and RBTs. You will provide both clinical oversight and leadership, maintain a manageable caseload, and drive key performance and quality metrics that directly impact client outcomes and team success. What we're looking for: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification and eligible for LBA in North Carolina Minimum of 2 years of clinical ABA experience, including 1 year of leadership or supervisory specific roles in the field of ABA.
