Technical Recruiter
based in Colombia to join our team. Role Overview: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier IT professionals across technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and drive full-cycle recruitment to meet the companys staffing needs. This role requires someone proactive, results-driven, and fluent in both
English and Spanish
to effectively support U.S.-based clients and collaborate with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in key domains:
SAP, Oracle, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity, AI/ML. Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake call to candidate submission and interview coordination. Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment reports. Partner closely with U.S.-based Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery. Contribute to recruiting strategy, talent market insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: 25+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an IT staffing agency setting with a strong focus on enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity and AI/ML. Strong track record of placing candidates in high-demand tech roles. Fluency in English and Spanish both written and verbal. Familiarity with U.S. IT job market, time zones, work culture, and technical terminology. Experience working with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva/Bullhorn, or similar ATS. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. High energy, ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: Background in SAP/ERP, cybersecurity, or emerging tech is a strong plus. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
