The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for: Review HVAC/mechanical project specifications, blueprints, and scope of work. Develop project schedules, milestones, and cost estimates. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and general contractors during design and pre-construction phases. Perform equipment take-offs and assist with submittals and procurement. Manage day-to-day operations of mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish. Coordinate installation of mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, chillers, boilers, air handlers, etc.). The Mechanical Project Manager should have: Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Duct work, HVAC. Proficient in Procore or other construction related software. Degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project demands. What's on Offer
