Sr. Program Manager
We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our Neuromodulation Interventional team. The Interventional team is a leading provider of innovative products to address pain and tumors with RF and Microwave ablation. Sr. Program Manager is a cross-functional business leader responsible for driving decision-making, and execution within development projects. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of projects, starting with forming high-performing teams that ensure the successful and predictable delivery of solutions for commercial release. Additionally, you will guide cross-functional Core Team members to foster collaboration and cross-functional effectiveness. You will be the key champion in overcoming barriers, driving decisions, and cultivating a culture of empowerment across the organization. This position will be a hybrid role based out of our Rice Creek site in Minnesota and requires close collaboration with teams in Colorado. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for driving cross-functional core team and working directly with functional leaders, regional leaders, and extended teams to ensure clear communication of program objectives, deliverables, and timing of key milestones. Lead team members for on-time, on-budget, within scope project completion, while managing stakeholder and business expectations. Accountable for overall program process, performance and execution. Accountable for one or more program budgets. Use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as a leader of cross-functional teams through the intricate details of development projects; from scope definition, cost management to schedule development and risk management. Regular communication with Neuromodulation leadership team through regular program updates and program review committee discussions. Mentor team members to ensure each team member is fully engaged and contributing to project success. Champion product development best practices such as collecting high-quality Voice of Customer inputs, early risk burn-down and design for manufacturability. 25% or less domestic travel. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree such as MS or MBA. Medical device industry experiences including new product development, released product management, DRM, clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Experience managing complex cross-department and/or cross-functional project teams. Experience leading collaboratively in a diverse, global, matrixed organization. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $170,400.00 - $255,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
