This dynamic venue is the ultimate spot for group outings, private parties, and corporate events.They are now seeking a motivated Event Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, secure bookings, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This is an exciting role for a sales-driven professional with a passion for events, hospitality, and nightlife.The RoleAs Event Sales Manager, you will: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on group sales and private events.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and partners.Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, scheduling, and vendor management.Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of all events.Partner with marketing to promote events through campaigns, social media, and outreach.Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership. Skills & Experience Proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, or events.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.Confident working independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
