To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com.Summary of the Role: This is a full-time position will have the responsibility to provide client advisory and consultative services for all health and welfare plans and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing monthly and quarterly reporting, strategic analysis, compliance and legislative guidance, contract and performance standards review, HR procedures assistance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works closely with Producer(s) to develop and execute client's strategic objectives in all matters related to health & welfare benefitsEnsures renewal cycle and established timelines are met throughout the year including, quarterly meetings and data review (when necessary); Works with internal and external wellness resources to provide experience data and recommendations (when available)Works closely with insurance carrier representatives to stay on top of emerging trends and updates on product offeringsOversees the group annual renewal process per established timelines (in partnership with Producer and pulling in Account Manager for assistance with tasks), including:negotiating, generating, analyzing, and presenting proposalsmaking recommendations on plan and contribution strategyproviding compliance notices and plan documents to clientsAssist with business development for self-funded and fully insured opportunitiesConsultative reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual basisResponsible for meeting summaries and follow up with team members and external vendorsFamiliarity with carrier contracts, polices and differentiatorsResponsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clientsEffective delegation and follow up with senior team membersContract review and compliance supportManage marketing process and ensure spreadsheet terms are accurately implemented and documentedProactive outreach and client managementMaintain files and databasesAssist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accountsKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skills.Advanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power point.Strong client development and relationship building skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Education and/or Experience: 5 years Client Management experience in Employee Benefits. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
