Responsibilities and Qualifications
Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and team development Hire, train, and manage a high-performing front and back-of-house team Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution Monitor inventory, food safety, and cleanliness standards Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Manage scheduling, labor costs, and budgets effectively 2+ years of GM or Assistant GM experience in a fast casual or full-service restaurant
