You'll work directly with the Owner and Sales Team to ensure our message is consistent and our referral partners feel valued.This role blends marketing strategy with human connection. You'll manage our marketing assets and reports and help coordinate appreciation events, gift drops, and relationship-building campaigns.Your Core ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution (Structured & Data-Driven)Create and publish marketing materials that follow our established brand guidelinesMaintain and update website and email content (you won't have to write from scratch-we have a brand voice)Track marketing metrics and deliver monthly analytics reports with recommendationsEnsure consistency across all client-facing materials and internal communicationsUse tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize processesBusiness Development & Referral Partner OutreachCoordinate appreciation gifts and in-person drop-offs to referral partnersOrganize monthly LinkedIn Live training events for our partnersCreate and distribute a branded monthly newsletter for referral sourcesSupport the planning of appreciation events and partner engagement initiativesFollow up with past and potential referral partners via phone, email, or in personYou'll Thrive Here If You...Are equally comfortable managing digital dashboards and building relationshipsLove to see things through to completion and improve processes over timeCan balance task execution with occasional in-person or virtual networkingPrefer clear expectations, a strong brand voice, and a structured workflowWant to grow inside a law firm that feels more like a close-knit team than a corporate machineResponsibilities•Coordinate vendors for our social media platforms, including messages to our audience•Collecting and analyzing marketing channel data•Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current•Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies•Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand•Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunitiesQualifications•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field•2-5 years of experience in marketing or marketing/sales support•Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities•Familiarity with web and email content platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics•Friendly, professional demeanor for in-person interactions and follow-up with referral partners•Bonus: You've used ChatGPT or AI tools to support content generation or task efficiency•Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends•Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms•Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
