Quality Coordinator RN

opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full beneifts and a convenient schedule. The Performance Imporovement Coordinator helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program. This includes supporting the corporation’s performance improvement process, identifying performance trends, as well as prioritizing, and recommending improvements. Also plays a supportive role in ensuring compliance with all The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Will investigate specific areas of concern as identified by the leadership.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core measures and FMEA’s. Prepare monthly reports for Director (dashboard, data analysis, control charts). Serve as a resource for Nursing leadership and staff, and Medical Staff as needed. Oversees the ongoing review of the Hospital Wide Policy Committee

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Nevada Three to five years clinical experience. PI or QA experience preferred.
