Twin City Staffing is hiring a CNC maintenance mechanic to perform maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, manufacturing, and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Blaine, MN
Wage:
$25+/hr.
Hours:
6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday (overtime on Fridays)

Cooperate with supervisors, machine operators, and other mechanics in troubleshooting and repair of CNC and other production equipment Respond to needs for immediate repair of CNC machines and production equipment Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities on CNC and mechanical systems Keep work area clean Alert facility and maintenance manager or another supervisor to any safety or quality issues needing attention Recommend process improvements Participate in special activities, projects, and programs to support safety, quality, and productivity goals Knowledge and skills of the CNC maintenance mechanic:
Communicate fluently in English Strong mechanical skills Experience with CNC machinery repair and diagnostics Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for CNC and production equipment Physical requirements of the CNC maintenance mechanic:
Use arms, hands, legs, and feet in repetitive motions Lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively Climb ladders and stairs and walk on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for duration of shift Good vision and depth perception Work overtime as needed Formal education and training required:
High school diploma or GED required CNC and mechanical maintenance training provided
