Job Details: Location: 125 COVERT STREET - BROOKLYN, NY Type: Full Time Education: High School Salary: $21.97 - $23.90 Hourly Shift: Day Shift Description The Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations and long-term success of the RiseBoro Beacon program, ensuring high-quality experiences for youth, teens, and adults. Responsibilities include: Supporting program implementation and participant engagement Supervising staff and volunteers Building family and community relationships Managing administrative tasks and reporting Coordinating events and special programs Qualifications include at least two years of experience in youth or community programs, leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Education requirements are a Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.
