In this Business Development Manager role, specializing in Contract & Contract to Hire opportunities, you will drive business growth and expand our client base. Your responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships, directly contributing to our agency's success. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to attract new clients focusing on Contract & Contract to Hire roles. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through regular check-ins and needs assessment. Business Development:
Identify new opportunities using sales strategies, including lead generation, referrals, networking, job postings, and media platforms. Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations highlighting our staffing services' value. Recruitment Leadership:
Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters. Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and manage the client-side placement process. Sales Reporting:
Document all activities accurately in our ATS/CRM system. Qualifications: 5+ years of successful sales experience in IT, Engineering, or Professional contract staffing services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven success in a remote, quota-driven environment. Previous recruiting experience is a plus. Understanding of financials and ability to analyze sales data.
