We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of TELUS Digital implementation services alongside the Google CES suite of products. This role will lead go-to-market efforts, develop key partnerships within the Google CES ecosystem, and drive customer success in modernizing contact centers and transforming customer experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader passionate about cloud contact center solutions and digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesLead and scale the Google CES sales practice across target regions and industriesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansionRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in cloud contact center technologiesDrive sales opportunities in collaboration with Google CES account teams, partners, and internal stakeholdersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives and market trendsPresent and demonstrate the value of Google CES to prospects, customers, and partnersCultivate deep relationships with Google and other ecosystem partners to drive joint success and co-selling opportunitiesStay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs in the contact center spacePartner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader go-to-market strategiesConsistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goalsCompetencies5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with Google CES)Strong knowledge of Google CES and the broader cloud contact center landscapeProven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environmentsDemonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skillsExperience managing long and complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiationsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related fieldBonus CompetenciesGoogle certifications or a deep understanding of the Google ecosystemFamiliarity with contact center operations, customer service workflows, and industry best practicesBackground in partner ecosystem development and co-selling strategiesProficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement toolsMBA or advanced degree in a relevant fieldEqual Opportunity EmployerAt TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. The range displayed is only the annual base salary. To maintain equity across the business, annual performance bonus targets are determined by job level, not individual circumstances.Individual base salaries are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. Salary bands are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends. To maintain pay equity for team members, TELUS Digital conducts regular compensation audits.Annual Base Salary Range (Commission Eligible)$132,000-$165,000 USD
