We are seeking a Bilingual Engineering Sales Manager fluent in Chinese and English to support business development and client engagement in the semiconductor and high-tech construction space. This is a senior-level role ideal for candidates with experience quoting and coordinating engineering projects such as cleanroom builds, process piping, or equipment install.

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer relationships for semiconductor construction projects. Prepare pricing proposals, bids, and presentations for engineering scopes. Review project drawings and collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy of quotes. Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and external clients. Lead vendor communication and assist with sourcing the right solution. Attend project site meetings to understand jobsite conditions and scope changes. Track bid follow-ups, change orders, and ensure smooth handoff to project managers. Represent the company in a professional, client-facing capacity. Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required). 5+ years of experience in engineering-based business development, technical sales, or construction project quoting. Familiarity with cleanroom systems, semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or tool hookup is strongly preferred. Ability to read technical drawings or specifications related to MEP or semiconductor construction. Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
