About the Role:

The HR Generalist is responsible for developing and building strong relationships with the designated operational units and employee groups. This role will support Management and Supervisors during off shift hours, with respect to the following: Budgeting, Analytics, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, recruitment and selection, communications, training, and development. This role reports to the Human Resources Director. Shift: Monday- Friday, standard 40 hour work week; hours can be flexible starting at 12pm. Main Responsibilities:

A Bachelors degree with a preferred specialization in Business and/or Human Resources Solid generalist experience in the execution of all facets of human resources, with a particular emphasis on Analytics and Budgeting, Recruitment and Retention, Employee Relations and Employee Communications Knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitive information Experience in implementing human resources programs in a constantly changing, dynamic environment Proven skill in conflict resolution, with solid problem-solving and group facilitation skills Strong professional image, ethical standards, integrity, and objectivity How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
