Managing Litigation Paralegal

Oversee and manage the litigation paralegal team, ensuring efficient workflow and work allocation Collaborate with attorneys to address staffing needs and prioritize casework Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to litigation paralegals Review, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including memoranda and briefs Handle electronic court filings, utilizing platforms like PACER, NetDocs, and ECFx Support pretrial and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and managing case deadlines Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, and notices of appearance What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
8-10 years of litigation experience, ideally in mass tort, class action, or complex litigation
Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-certified program a plus
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research tools like Westlaw or Lexis
E-Filing Expertise:
Strong experience with federal PACER/ECF system
Leadership Ability:
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bonus Points If You Have:
Courtroom/trial experience
