Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/13/2025 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – CVICU Facility: University of Maryland Medical Center - Downtown Location: 22 S Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201 Start Date: October 13, 2025 (Firm) Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Schedule: Every other weekend required Unit: Cardiac ICU – 2010-11185 Beds: 15 Rooms: 15 Daily Census: Approx. 10 Position Overview: Join a high-acuity Cardiac ICU team specializing in critical cardiac care including ECMO, Impella, LVADs, and complex post-cardiac surgery management. This role requires expertise in managing mechanical support devices, ventilators, and continuous infusion drips in a teaching hospital environment. Floating is occasionally required.
