Charlotte Labor Source is looking to hire individuals with relevant knowledge and skills within the commercial construction industry!

As a commercial construction Semi-Skilled laborer, you are an essential part of the construction industry. Your role involves various tasks related to the construction, renovation, or maintenance of commercial buildings.

Semi- Skilled Laborer Duties include, but are not limited to:

Participating in the physical construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, composite clean-up and finishing work.

May also be involved in the installation of fixtures, flooring, and other building components.

Maintaining a clean and safe work zone

Working closely with a team and other on-site workers, including construction supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors.

May assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials, including lumber, steel, concrete, pipes, and other building supplies

Ability to manage your time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and coordinate your tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications:

Own & know how to use basic hand tools - such as a hammer, measuring tape, and tool belt.

Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts

Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs.

Work within Federal, State and Local Regulations

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols on construction sites

Be able to legally work within the United States

A successful drug screening may be required
