Talent Acquisition Specialist
for one of our top clients in
Newport News, VA . Responsibilities Conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other relevant data. Prepare ratings on applicants, make recommendations on starting salaries, and provide applicants with information about the company. Administer tests, interpret results, check references, arrange transportation for selected applicants, extend formal job offers, and collaborate with outside agencies and vendors. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree. Special Requirements Experience in Human Resource Talent Acquisition, preferably with SuccessFactors. Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, TEAMS, ZOOM, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with O22’s database tool and evaluating transcripts.
