Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -
Thurston County, Washington (Full-Time, Onsite) This is a full-time, onsite position serving the Thurston County, WA area (not remote). Utilize state-of-the-art technology like UltraMIST for superior patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Travel to private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and adult care homes in Thurston County to deliver comprehensive wound care. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with advanced wounds. Document all care accurately in the EMR system (AdvancedMD). Perform wound care procedures, including debridement, application of biologic patches, and use of UltraMIST technology. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other advanced wound care providers to ensure high-quality, team-based care. Build trust and compassion with every patient. Requirements: Willingness to travel within Thurston County and for initial out-of-state training. Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Board certification required. Full-time availability, Monday–Friday day shifts. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate wound care. DEA not required. Full-time, 40 hours/week Patient Load:
Up to 35 patients per week Compensation:
Competitive weekly pay, paid monthly, based on experience and wound care background Estimated annual earnings up to $170,000, plus monthly productivity bonuses Training pay: $43/hour for 3 weeks (full-time, Mon–Fri)

Virtual orientation and EMR training Weeks 2 & 3:
