Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Architectural Sheet Metal Worker. The ideal candidate is a master fabricator with extensive experience working with a variety of metals to create pristine, high-quality architectural cladding, flashing, and other custom features. You will be the go-to expert for our most demanding and detailed metalwork projects. You will be responsible for the entire fabrication process, from interpreting complex blueprints to producing a flawless final product. This role is for a craftsperson who takes immense pride in their work and can operate with precision and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities: Read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements. Perform precise field measurements to ensure perfect integration with existing structures. Fabricate complex architectural components including, but not limited to, metal cladding, custom wall panels, flashing, coping, and fascia. Set up and operate a full range of metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, shears, rollers, and hand tools, with expert precision. Work with a variety of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum (painted and mill finish), copper, and zinc. Ensure all fabricated components meet stringent quality standards for fit, finish, and durability. Manage materials and workflow to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to troubleshoot and resolve any design or fabrication challenges. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural sheet metal fabrication. A proven portfolio or verifiable examples of past high-end architectural metalwork projects. Expert-level proficiency in operating fabrication machinery, particularly press brakes and shears. In-depth knowledge of the properties and working characteristics of various metals (aluminum, steel, copper, etc.). Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and schematics. Strong mathematical and measurement skills are essential. Self-directed with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and safety. What We Offer:

We are offering a top-tier wage of

$38.00 - $48.00 per hour

to attract a candidate with exceptional skill and experience. This equates to an annual salary of approximately
