Job Description:
The Graduate Hotel in Auburn, Alabama, is seeking a motivated and efficient Busser/Runner to join our team. As a Busser/Runner, you will support the waitstaff and kitchen team by ensuring a clean and organized dining area and promptly delivering food to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Refill water and beverages as needed
- Assist with preparing and restocking service stations
- Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with the waitstaff and kitchen team
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
