Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections and assess property damage

Prepare estimates using Xactimate software

Take clear photos and write accurate reports

Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers

Submit complete claim files in a timely manner

Qualifications:

2+ years of property adjusting experience preferred

Proficiency in Xactimate

Knowledge of property construction and damage assessment

Strong time management and communication skills

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Active Adjuster License
