Responsibilities: As an Outside Plant Engineer (OPE), you’ll support all phases of utility construction across a variety of telecom projects. You take pride in doing the job right, being the best at what you do, and rising to every challenge.In this role, you will:Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plansOversee projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordinationConduct job site walkouts and lead project meetingsEnsure clear, consistent communication with all key stakeholders (customers, hiring managers, engineers, crews, etc.)Verify that blueprints and project plans are feasible and accurate based on actual site conditionsTravel regularly to job sites to meet with crews, perform quality checks, and implement updatesMeet customer deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality Qualifications: About You: Safety is a part of your day to dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityAbility to read blueprints, Schematics, and mapsYou have an understanding of right-of-ways, redlining and whitelining and comfortability with implement changes when neededYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team You appreciate a varied work environment-both inside and outsideYou enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they ariseYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom softwareYou have a valid Driver's License with a clean record past 3 yearsMOS Codes 12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T relate well to this position.
