Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief Overview The AVP, Channel Strategy & Promotions, leads the design, execution and optimization of Safelite's multi-channel Cash consumer experience. This role requires a strategic and collaborative leader who will partner cross-functionally with contact center, digital, and field partners to deliver seamless, data-driven customer experience and promotional strategies that drive conversion and profitability. Location?: This role is hybrid - 4 days per week onsite, in Columbus, OH. What you will do Design and implement a comprehensive cash customer experience and promotions strategy that drives cash conversion and profitability, partnering cross-functionally to design and implement changes. Lead the development of promotion and discounting strategy and reporting in collaboration with digital, marketing, product, sales and analytics teams.Collaborate with internal partners such as Digital, CX, Marketing and Operations to enhance the end-to-end Cash consumer experience across all channels. Conduct analysis and present business cases and strategy recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders leveraging data and storytelling to drive insights and decision-making. Manage reporting on channel performance, regularly evaluating the profitability and effectiveness of promotional offers and discount offers. Lead and mentor a small team, fostering curiosity, collaboration and professional growth. Establishes clear expectations, reviews performance and supports development. (High proficiency) Understanding of financial principles, including profit margins, cost structures, and revenue management, with proven ability to drive financial outcomes. (High proficiency) Proven ability to analyze data, evaluate full impact to a P&L, make informed price and promotional decisions, influence stakeholders and drive execution. (High proficiency) Excellent analytical skills with experience in business case development and performance evaluation.
