Maintenance Mechanic Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift - pay to $36 per hour

Compensation:
$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift hours, maintaining consistent performance and professionalism. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility. Engage in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency. Apply welding techniques as needed for equipment repair and fabrication. Follow safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with a team to diagnose complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions. Minimum Position Qualifications:
Minimum one year industrial maintenance experience. Proven experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Hands-on experience in maintaining conveyor systems. Ability to perform welding tasks as required. Commitment to working non-standard hours as per the requirements of the 2nd or 3rd shift. A solid work history demonstrating reliability and dedication. A US citizen or a holder of a Green Card. Resides within a 45-minute commute of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications or training in industrial maintenance, hydraulics, or pneumatics. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with safety compliance and proactive safety awareness. Skills:
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical systems. Efficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Proactive in learning new technologies and systems.
