Event / Service Desk
for our client in
Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support during events at Client. Maintain the technical integrity of computer systems, network devices, and broadcast / aren / V systems. Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system. Test, maintain, and fabricate cables, adapters, and small part modifications as needed. Image and install operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes. Build, update, and develop Standard Operating Procedure guides used for training, IT operations, and work-flow management purposes. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a live event environment or as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role. Working knowledge of computer software / hardware, Windows / Mac operating systems, mobile devices, and network switches / hubs and cabling. Understanding of broadcast signal flow in a television broadcast environment; inclusive of video routers, video switchers, broadcast cameras, RF infrastructure. Solid grasp of office automation products and computer peripherals including printers and scanners. Ability to multi-task, work independently, make quick decisions, and respond to the demands of live games and events.
Pay Rate:
$45 / Hour
