What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse materials and deliveries. You'll support project teams by ensuring timely access to tools, materials, and equipment, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage organization and flow of materials in warehouse and outdoor storage areas. Maintain inventory of materials and tools; discard unusable items in coordination with Workforce Coordinator and Project Managers. Track and distribute tools and equipment; maintain vendor relationships and assist with purchases. Perform local deliveries and pick-ups of materials and equipment using company vehicles. Accept incoming deliveries, log items, and communicate with relevant team members. Maintain facility cleanliness, including restrooms and grounds upkeep (mowing, trimming, etc.). Support vehicle fleet logistics, coordinating with Workforce Coordinator for maintenance and servicing. Ensure safety procedures and equipment care policies are followed. Act as a point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and vendor coordination. Perform basic facility maintenance tasks as needed. Complete other duties as assigned by upper management. What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

Clean driving record; ability to drive for extended periods. Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs. consistently. Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, email, text). Experience operating a forklift and pulling trailers. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools/equipment related to HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting. Ability to assess, repair, or coordinate repairs for tools and small equipment. Experience using spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel. Basic maintenance and repair skills for office/shop environments. Forklift certification or advanced equipment operation experience.
