Insight Global is looking for a Refrigeration Mechanic in the Petersburg, VA area. This position independently maintains and operates central utility systems—including ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, and water systems—while providing technical support across the facility. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, performing inspections and repairs, and maintaining accurate logs. The role requires effective communication, adherence to safety and company policies, and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience with Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration
Working knowledge of boilers, BFCs, Receivers, gaskets, etc. null
