Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic

Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics

to join our high-performing marketing team. Works with Executive Director of Trade Marketing & Strategy to drive competitive marketing analytics across the business, consumer, and competitive sources to drive actionable insights for Clinique North America. This role is key in leading and developing regional strategies related to marketing, advertising and promotion, ultimately driving market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitive & Consumer Analytics

Analyze the marketplace, competition, available customer 1P and proprietary data as well as brand performance to develop insights and recommendations to influence regional and global marketing.

Identify business opportunities through consumer and sales analytics - Numerator, retailer CRM, NPD, IRI

Partner with Corporate CRM and account teams to analyze new launch sales and consumer performance

Pricing

Analyze price elasticity and competitor pricing and develop annual suggested retail pricing strategy for Clinique NA

Strategic Projects & Other Support

Work closely with ED of Trade Marketing & Strategy on strategic projects and business planning

Qualifications

6+ years of consulting experience a plus with focus on Strategy, Financial modelling, consumer analytics and Project Management. Marketing experience a plus

Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

Analytical and strategic planning. Makes quick, fact-based decisions always keeping the larger goal/direction in mind

High EQ. Strong stakeholder relationship management, collaborator and interpersonal skills

Mature and polished. Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and working within a matrixed organization

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex initiatives; making use of data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Strong computer and technology skills/aptitude. Strong Excel skill a must

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is

$99,400.00

to

$163,800.00

. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
