Summary
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, and supporting leadership development across all levels.
Essential Functions Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with business objectives. Design and deliver learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, upskilling, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Partner with department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps. Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other development tools. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes. Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives. Manage vendor relationships for external training and development resources. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and adult learning. Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness. Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance management. Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
