$65,686/year Job Duties:
Responsible for the successful marketing and promotion of an eight-million-dollar Parks Enterprise Operation, plus the managing, planning, and coordinating of Parks + Rec special events. Works with the County PIO and Office of Communications to develop press releases, print, video, and audio marketing pieces and programs. Develops and maintains relationships with media outlets and publishers for media buys and promotional collaboration and press coverage. Manages all aspects of the Parks + Rec website and social media outlets, with experience in Customer Relationship Management, for addressing social media inquiries and all public information. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in an industry-related field preferred. Four years of work-related experience. Preferably specialized training as a Certified Special Events Professional, Certified Special Events Coordinator, or Certified Special Events Manager. Must possess/maintain a valid Driver's License.
