We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused
Call Center Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience across multiple channels—including phone, email, and live chat.

Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:
This position is on site in the Burr Ridge office Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm with the occasional Saturday shift required
Handles lead inquiries and convert to appointments to meet and exceed monthly lead goals.
Enters all leads into our Salesforce CRM in accordance with Next Door and Window CERT Team (Customer Experience Relationship Team) procedures
Resolves customer problems/discrepancies in an expeditious and tactful manner and refers them to the appropriate person/solution.
Fields all incoming calls and route to appropriate person or solution. This includes resolution of all customer inquiries.
Provides customers with accurate information regarding all products and services.
Follows up on online inquiries in a timely manner with a 3-minute turnaround time.
Performs basic data entry of prospect information into our Salesforce CRM
Follows up with unsold sales as assigned in Salesforce CRM.
Completes outbound calls daily including telemarketing calls.
Call Center Representative Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer experience and/or inside sales required
Flexible work schedules including Saturdays
General job skills being sought include the following: Excellent oral communication skills, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills,
Previous customer service experience required
Computer literacy skills
