Sabert is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Day shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical controls and mechanical troubleshooting. This position supports our extrusion & thermoforming operations and involves working with a wide range of equipment, including: Extruders & Roll Stacks Thermoformers & Trim Presses Granulators (Grinders) Vacuum Pumps & Blenders Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, & pneumatic systems Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot AC and DC motor drives, relays, motors, and control systems Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and complete daily walk-throughs of machinery Create and complete work orders in SAP, including logging time and materials used Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and machine reliability projects Use Microsoft Excel to track maintenance tasks and Outlook to coordinate with the team Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized maintenance area Apply root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Qualifications:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems (AC/DC) up to 480V 3-phase Skilled in repairing motors, gearboxes, pneumatic valves, and cylinders Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Familiar with SAP or other CMMS platforms for work order management Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong problem-solving and time management skills Able to learn new systems and equipment quickly, and troubleshoot new machinery without prior hands-on experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent technical training preferred Ability to troubleshoot and work with PLC's (programming not required) Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 70 lbs. Stand for 8-12 hours Work in hot environments, as needed Good manual dexterity and visual acuity Schedule:

12 hours shift: from 6:00am to 6:00pm (Days) / 6:00pm - 6:00am (Nights) 2-2-3 work schedule
