We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will be experienced in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial buildings. A strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and mechanical systems is essential.
Pay is $35-45 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures
Interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
Troubleshoot and repair pipe leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, and other plumbing issues
Install and service plumbing appliances such as water heaters, toilets, sinks, and dishwashers
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and HVAC technicians as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber license
3+ years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings
Strong understanding of Wisconsin plumbing codes and safety standards
Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment (e.g., pipe cutters, threaders, augers)
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification
Experience with hydronic heating, gas piping, or medical gas systems
