We are currently hiring experienced
Lead Carpenters
for residential and light commercial projects in Oshkosh, WI. If you have 5 or more years of hands-on carpentry and remodeling experience and can lead a crew from start to finish, we want to hear from you. Pay is $25-$35/hr depending on experience.
Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:
Lead and manage on-site construction for interior and exterior remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings Perform all phases of construction including framing, drywall, roofing, siding, insulation, door/window installation, cabinetry, and precision trim work Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices Coordinate with subcontractors and communicate daily with Project Managers Ensure projects meet deadlines, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage materials, tools, and workflow to maximize efficiency Resolve jobsite issues and maintain a positive work environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Lead Carpenter Qualifications:
5+ years of full-time carpentry and remodeling experience (residential or light commercial) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Skilled with hand, power, and air tools; ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift 75-125 lbs) General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read and follow detailed plans and complete daily reports Benefits:
